When submitting a recruitment application to Copco Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Imielin, u. Wspólna 23, 41-07 (Employer, data controller), you agree to the processing of your personal data contained in the recruitment application by the Employer for the purpose of conducting the recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement.
If you would like us to keep your CV in our database, please add the following consent to your CV: „I agree to the processing of my personal data contained in my recruitment application by Copco Plus Sp. z o.o. for the purposes of future recruitments.” You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at praca@copco.pl .
Your personal data, as specified in the Labour Code or other specific laws (as required by the advertisement), will be processed based on legal regulations, and providing such data is necessary to participate in the recruitment. Other personal data (e.g., image) will be processed based on your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you express by submitting your recruitment application, and providing such data does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment.
We may also process your personal data contained in the recruitment application for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims if the claims relate to the recruitment process. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, which is to establish, pursue, or defend against claims in legal proceedings before courts or public authorities (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of it, to rectify the data, request its deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, and transfer the data (for which you have given consent) to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (in the future: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
We process your personal data for the purpose of recruitment for the position specified in the advertisement for a period of one month, and if you have consented to participate in future recruitments, for a period of 12 months. Additionally, we may store your personal data for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims related to the recruitment process for a period of 5 years (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We may share your personal data with providers of job posting services, recruitment management system providers, IT service providers such as hosting, and providers of IT systems.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
