2. Scope and Purposes of Processing
Copco Dynamic processes personal data to the extent necessary for:
- performance of contracts for the installation of industrial, cryogenic, medical and laboratory gas systems, as well as design services (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- compliance with legal obligations imposed by applicable law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- handling enquiries, recruitment and marketing activities (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR),
- ensuring the security of IT systems and online services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Categories of data subjects: clients, contractors, employees, job applicants, and website users.
3. Categories of Personal Data
Processed data may include:
- identification data (first name, last name, job title, VAT/statistical number),
- contact data (e-mail address, telephone number, correspondence address),

- professional data (CV, work experience).

- Data processed for contract performance purposes – until all related legal obligations expire (e.g. tax, accounting).
- Marketing data – until consent is withdrawn or an objection to processing is raised.
- Recruitment data – for 6 months, unless the applicant consents to a longer retention period.
- Cookie data – in accordance with browser settings or for a maximum of 2 years.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be transferred to:
- subcontractors and business partners of Copco Dynamic (e.g. installation companies, IT providers, accounting services),
- public authorities where required by law,
- software and IT infrastructure providers responsible for website operation and data security.
We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), unless it is necessary for the performance of a contract and appropriate safeguards as referred to in Art. 46 GDPR are in place.
